Do you have a mechanical aptitude and enjoy using various mechanic tools? We have a job for you! Work on production line to assemble diesel and natural gas powered motors. Validate materials prior to beginning assembly, review work instructions and build product per specifications within tolerances.

State of the art manufacturing facility located in Olathe, KS. We specialize in engineering and manufacturing of diesel and spark-ignited standby and mobile generators.
Hours of operation: 6am -2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm
- Entry-Level Pay: $18.00 hourly.
- 3 years of solid manufacturing and/or assembly experience: $19.00 - $20.00 hourly.

Assembly Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
- Assembly Technician work available.
- Perform mechanical/electrical assembly and installation of electronic devices consisting of wire harnesses, circuit boards, power supplies, product labels, hardware, and various components into chassis.
- Assemble components to specifications through the use and operation of standard and specialized hand tools, as well as power and air-impact tools in order to install, fit, and adjust parts within established guidelines.
- Use overhead cranes to move products and equipment.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to blueprint specifications, using instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges, Atlas torque machine.
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly problems.
Assembly Technician Qualifications:
- One year experience working in a mechanical/electrical work environment.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing plant is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Experienced with using various tools is a plus.
